Buying or Leasing, what's right for you?
Money JarLeases and loans are simply two different methods of automobile financing. One finances the use of a vehicle, the other finances the purchase of a vehicle. To make an informed decision, look at the financial comparisons, but also look at your own personal priorities, lifestyle, and plans for the future. Click here to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of leasing.

If you’re in the market for a car and can’t decide whether to buy or lease, consider SEFCU’s Auto Advantage, which blends the best of buying and leasing into one program. Learn more.

Can I apply for a loan before I find a property to Money Jarpurchase?
Yes, applying for a mortgage loan before you find a home may be the best thing you could do! We call it a "pre-approval". If you apply for a pre-approval now, we'll issue a pre-approval subject to you finding the perfect home, and a pre-approval letter will generate online instantly. You can use the pre-approval letter to assure real estate brokers and sellers that you are a qualified buyer. Having a pre-approval for a mortgage may give more weight to any offer to purchase that you make.

When you find the perfect home, you can simply visit our Mortgage Center to start the formal application process. At that point, you’ll have an opportunity to lock in our great rates and we'll complete the processing of your request. For more information, click here.

You should consider a mutual fund’s investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses carefully before investing. Contact your Financial Advisor to request a prospectus, which contains this and other information about a specific mutual fund. Read it carefully before you invest. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Investment return and principal value of a mutual fund will fluctuate, causing shares, when redeemed, to be worth more or less than their original cost.
